At Grip & Gear, we carefully prepare and pack every order to make sure your skin reaches you safely and in good condition.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver from Lahore to all over Pakistan.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after advance payment confirmation.

Once payment is made, please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm and process your order.

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on product availability, cutting, packing, and order volume.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

Lahore: 1–2 working days
Other cities in Pakistan: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other issues outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before order processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Courier & Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we will share the courier details or tracking information where available.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct before placing the order.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer, wrong phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Grip & Gear will not be responsible for the delay or extra delivery charges.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

After review, we will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed from our side.

Grip & Gear is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after the parcel has been dispatched.
