At Grip & Gear, every skin is prepared carefully according to your selected device model, design, and finish. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Advance Payment Policy

Grip & Gear works on advance payment only.

Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed. Once your payment is made, please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp for confirmation.

Returns

Since our products are device-specific vinyl skins and wraps, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered.

The skin was damaged during delivery.

The design, finish, or variant is different from what you ordered.

The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos or a video of the product, packaging, and issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

The skin has been applied, used, removed, or damaged by the customer.

The wrong device model was selected while placing the order.

The product was ordered by mistake.

The color looks slightly different due to screen brightness, camera lighting, or display settings.

The installation was not done properly and caused bubbles, stretching, misalignment, or damage.

Refunds

Refunds are only approved after we review and confirm the issue.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the payment method agreed with our support team.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Replacements

In most genuine cases, we prefer to provide a replacement instead of a refund.

If the wrong or damaged product was sent from our side, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, cut, packed, or dispatched.

Once the order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please make sure you select the correct device model before placing your order. Grip & Gear is not responsible for incorrect model selection by the customer.
